In Memory

In loving memory of the following:

Scarlet Bey
(Bey Shah x Rakifah) Chestnut Arabian Mare
Owned by Joel and Ashley Green
June 21st 1983 - August 11th 2007

Ashley owned Scarlet for only a couple short years. Ashley adored Scarlet and never regretted any time spent with her. The first time Ashley rode Scarlet she thought she was Heaven. Scarlet was such a well trained, obedient, people pleasing Arabian. She is missed greatly

TB Tinker Belle
(Beraiah x Fire Belle) Chestnut Arabian Mare
Owned by Christi Camp
July 7th 1985 - December 12th 2005

Christi owned "Ruby" for 6 great years. She was the perfect kids horse, always patient and kind. In her 4-H career, she won over 60 blues in a variety of events. Her favorite being Western. She also won in Barrels, Pole Bending, Hunter Pleasure, Stock halter & Trail and showmanship. With her willing attitude and go-getter style, she was a great mascot for the Arabian breed.

Ruby gave us three beautiful colts, and had a lifetime total of close to 13 foals. Cathy Camp owns Golden Boy, her 1999 Half-Arabian gelding. Our 2002 gelding, Honorable One (sired by Opus One+) is owned by a wonderful young gal from Iowa. And I, Christi Camp own her last, and possibly best foal, XL Koraje by the Spanish Arabian, ZLA Korazon.

Strikes Cheri EA
(Strike x Independence Miss) Grey Arabian Mare
Owned by Ashley Camp.
March 31st 1987 - July 23rd 2001

Ashley bought Cheri in February of 2001. We owned Cheri for only 5 short months. She was the prettiest Arabian with the biggest blackest eyes you could ever meet. She stole our hearts quickly with her loving nature. Ashley enjoyed working with her and started her going undersaddle, something Cheri had never done. We decided she was so special we wanted her to have a superior foal by a superior sire, so we chose *Padron. In June of 2001, she journeyed to Georgia, was confirmed in foal to *Padron and a week later, right before she would start her trip back North to Iowa, she colicked and had to be put down with a 15% survival chance.

Cheri had a short show career before coming to us. She had won a Class A Pleasure Driving class in 1989. And took a 1st, 2nd and 3rd in mare halter, also in 1989. She made a name of herself producing exceptional foals. Her daughter, Cellofame (sired by Fame VF) is the dam of twice Region 3 Reserve Champion Stallion AOTH, Khaos FA++ (by Khadraj NA), who garnered over 40 Championship wins in Western Pleasure and halter. Among other notable grandget are Khubla Khan FA (Khadraj Na x Cellofame) with 17 Class A wins in halter, & Psylk FA (Padrons Psyche x Cellofame) Regional Champion as a yearling.

Morning Glory
(Pro-Am x VQ Mistic Charm) Grey Arabian Mare
Owned by Christi Camp. Sold to Deb Hubby June 1st 1999.
May 1997 - August 2000

Glory was Christi's first horse, we bought her along with her half sister Pros Mirage on July 23rd 1998. She was a handful at one year old, but found her way into our hearts. At two years old, we realized we needed an adult horse instead of a young one. And so we sold Glory in 1999 and bought Christi's mare TB Tinker Belle. A year after she was sold, we received news that a thunderstorm had caught the horses outside and she was struck by lightening and killed.

Glory's lines include being a paternal granddaughter to US Reserve National Champion Stallion Amerigo (Sire of multiple National Champion, Khemosabi++++//). She is a maternal granddaughter to US National Top Ten Country English Pleasure winner Al-Marah Garcon+, and Class A Reining winner AM Woodchuck.
